We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We do not charge restocking nor return fees, except for cases where the device is returned to us in bad conditions.
All returns must be postmarked up to 30 days from the date you received your device, based on tracking. The product should be returned in excellent condition in original packaging. Otherwise, damage fees may apply.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're properly packed as instructed, so they would not get damaged on the way. The tracking details for the returned goods are to be provided to us within 7 days upon initiating the return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 working days from the receipt of your item for processing. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Any filing of claims for damages with carriers must be done at the consumer's discretion and responsibility. All returns and refunds decisions by Back Pain Relief Now shall be final.
